1 pet per home allowed. Dogs must be 20 pounds or less at maturity. No vicious breeds. $250 non-refundable deposit on rental homes plus $10/month pet fee.

Based on availability, we offer a limited number of clean well-conditioned 2 & 3 bedroom homes for rent. All rental homes are 2020 and newer. Home rents start at $1,195/month and rent includes water, sewer, trash and snow removal. All homes includes washer & dryer.

All residents make rent payments online and can set up auto pay.

YES & YES!!! We currently have lots available to accommodate mostly single wides and a few double wides, offer up to $5,000 toward the cost of relocating a home along with no lot rent for 90 days. Prior to allowing a home into the park, park management will require photos of the home exterior or conduct a physical exterior inspection of the home. Minimum year is 2015 and newer. Ask our park manager for more information and to set a time to pick your lot!
